By creating an account or sending a request for an invitation you accept these terms.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. About the service

Luxora Invites lets you create digital invitations for celebrations and events. You edit the invitation in your account, share it with guests through a link, and guests confirm their attendance on it. What the invitation includes depends on the package you choose, as described on the home page.

2. Early access

The service is currently in early access. During this period:

invitations are assigned on request, free of charge and with no payment obligation for the user,

we reserve the right to decide which requests we accept, for example because of a limited number of places,

the look and the features of the service may change, and your feedback helps us improve it.

When we introduce payments, the terms of purchase, payment and refunds will be published on this page before the first sale. Invitations assigned during early access stay free.

3. Account

Accounts can be created by adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your password safe. If you notice that someone has accessed your account without permission, write to us immediately.

4. Content you upload

You are responsible for the text, photos, music, video and links you place on the invitation. By uploading them you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and permissions, including the permission of the people who appear in the photos and clips. For music and video this means you are allowed to use them, so please do not upload songs or footage made by others without the permission of the author.

It is not allowed to upload content that is unlawful, offensive or discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove such content and close the account.

Your content stays yours. You give us permission only to store it and to show it to the people you send the link to, as far as it is needed for the invitation to work. If you give us separate permission, we may show your invitation as an example on the site.

5. Guests and RSVP

You share the link to the invitation yourself and you choose who receives it. Only the owner of the invitation sees the replies of the guests. The owner undertakes to use the guest details only to organise the celebration.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site and the invitations available at all times, but we cannot guarantee service without interruption, for example because of maintenance or problems at the hosting provider, the internet connection or external services such as maps and YouTube. We recommend that you save or write down important information, such as the guest list, from time to time.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by the service being unavailable or by mistakes in the content entered by the user.

7. One invitation is valid for one event

Every invitation, whatever the package, is valid for one event. A new celebration needs a new invitation.

Corrections until the celebration: until the day of the event you can correct and add to the invitation, for example because of a typo, a change of venue or timeline, or other circumstances that have come up.

The date only once: after the invitation is published the date of the celebration can be changed only once, for example if the event is postponed. For any further change of date write to us at info@luxorainvites.com. info@luxorainvites.com.

The type of celebration does not change: after publishing, the type of celebration is locked, so a birthday invitation cannot be turned into a christening invitation.

After the celebration: 30 days after the date of the event the invitation moves to the archive. Guests then see a note that the celebration has taken place, RSVP is closed and the invitation can no longer be edited. You still see the guest list and can download it.

8. Storage and deletion

The invitation and the guest replies are kept until you delete them, and no longer than 12 months after the date of the celebration. You can delete your account at any time by writing to info@luxorainvites.com info@luxorainvites.com. You can read more about data in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms and contact

We may change these terms, and the valid version is always on this page, with the date of the last change. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. For any questions write to us at info@luxorainvites.com. info@luxorainvites.com.

Ovi uslovi važe za korišćenje sajta luxorainvites.com (u daljem tekstu: Luxora Invites) i usluge izrade digitalnih pozivnica.
